أعلنت هيئة الرقابة الإدارية عن الإطلاق الرسمي لمنصة رقيب الإلكترونية (منصة raqeb) وذلك خلال الفعاليات الوطنية المخصصة لإحياء اليوم العالمي لمكافحة الفساد، بحضور رئيس الهيئة السيد ”عبد الله قادربوه” ورئيس المجلس الأعلى للدولة السيد ”أ. محمد تكالة”.
وبحضور رئيس حكومة الوحدة الوطنية السيد ”عبد الحميد الدبيبة”، إلى جانب عدد من السادة أعضاء مجلسي النواب والدولة وممثلين عن الدول والبعثات والمنظمات الدولية المعتمدة لدى ليبيا.
وأكد السيد رئيس الهيئة على أهمية تطوير أدوات عمل حديثة في مجال مكافحة الفساد، مشيرا إلى أن “اتباع نهج شامل متعدد الجوانب بات ضرورة وطنية لمكافحة الفساد بصورة فعالة”.
وأضاف أن هذه منصة raqeb الإلكترونية ستسهم في تعزيز الرقابة المجتمعية على المال العام، وتضييق الخناق على شبكات الفساد وغسيل الأموال عبر توفير قناة رسمية لتلقي البلاغات والتحقيق فيها، مما يعزز تكامل المعلومات بين الجهات الرقابية ويمنح المؤسسات قدرة أكبر على تتبع العمليات المشبوهة والكشف المبكر عن التجاوزات.

Administrative Control Authority Launches “Raqeeb” Platform to Strengthen Transparency and Empower Citizens in Reporting Corruption
The Administrative Control Authority announced the official launch of the “Raqeeb” electronic platform during the national event marking the International Anti-Corruption Day. The announcement was made in the presence of the President of the Authority, Mr. Abdullah Qaderbouh, the President of the High Council of State, Mr. Mohamed Takala, and the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Mr. Abdulhamid Al Dbaibah, along with representatives of the United Nations and the European Union.
In his statement, the President of the Authority emphasised the importance of developing modern tools and mechanisms for combating corruption, noting that “adopting a comprehensive and multi-dimensional approach has become a national necessity to effectively counter corruption.”
Mr. Qaderbouh affirmed that the Raqeeb platform will play a pivotal role in enhancing societal oversight over public funds and tightening the control over corruption and money-laundering networks. The platform provides an official, secure channel for receiving and investigating reports, thereby strengthening information integration among oversight bodies and enabling institutions to more effectively track suspicious activities and detect violations at an early stage.
